Trying To Conceive And Cervical Ectropion How Do I Chart My Cervical Fluids And Take My Temperature When I'm Trying To Conceive?

How do I chart my cervical fluids and take my temperature when I'm trying to conceive? - trying to conceive and cervical ectropion

Is it better to do these things in conjunction with a set of ovulation predictor? These methods work, even if you currently breastfeeding? (I had to stop breastfeeding for 24 hours, so I'm not sure if that means I'm exclusively breastfeeding.)

You take your temperature every morning with a basal thermometer. Before you put your feet on the ground, take your body temperature. I kept a table in my account an overview. I have a date by record 96.0 to 99.0, on the one hand, and basically gave me the life that my knowledge was flowing from the cervix and if it had sex on the same day. I do not know what time of day to other women to check their liquids, but I check every day and night I do, so it was that day. And yes, it should work reliably, but still breastfeeding .. and I would add, is a courageous woman:) I would also say that it is perfectly acceptable to use the prediction kit. She would have a double confirmation that they were ovulating, if your temperature rises and the ovulation test and prediction of ovulation.
Good luck TTC!
